Identifying the Issue
The existing slate roof was over 80 years old with failing copper valleys and significant box gutter leaks. The homeowner needed a solution that preserved the historic integrity while providing modern waterproofing.

Precision Execution
We performed a complete restoration, salvaging 40% of the original slate and sourcing matching replacements for the rest. We fabricated custom 20oz copper box gutter liners on-site and installed new copper flashings at all chimneys and dormers.
